| A: | The following sizes are currently available for online purchase: 8x10, 12x18, 16x20. | ||
| Q: | How are the prints shipped? | ||
| A: | All prints are shipped flat. Rolling prints for tube mailing can cause slight bends and wrinkles in the image surface. | ||
| Q: | Is matting and framing available? | ||
| A: | Matting and framing are presently not available. | ||
| Q: | What is the printing process? | ||
| A: | I have a number of professional printing suppliers that use state-of-the-art, high quality papers and printing processes. The prints you order from me are beautiful and will last for many years! | ||
| Q: | Can I get a digital file for media? | ||
| A: | Email me with your requests for digital usage. | ||
| Q: | Is there a satisfaction policy? | ||
| A: | Yes. We want you to have a good shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your full purchase price. | ||
